No; we offer new iPhones from Apple and pre-owned devices that are fully functional, in A grade condition with complimentary charger.
+ Do you accept Samsung trades?
Unfortunately, we do not.
+ What's the battery health on your devices?
New devices have factory set 100% battery health; pre-owned models guaranteed minimum of 85% battery health.

YES! All our devices come unlocked and can be used on any GSM/UMTS network worldwide!

+ Do your devices come with warranty?
New devices include 1 Year Limited Apple Warranty; pre-owned devices covered by 100-day limited iSupply warranty.
+ After I place an order, how long do I have to wait?
Once the device is in stock, you can have it as early as today! However, most orders are delivered by the next day.

We accept cash, LINX, debit, credit on delivery, online bank transfer, physical bank deposits and bitcoin.
+ Refund Policy
Seven-day return window for unopened, unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges will attract a 20% restocking fee. Refunds process within 3-5 business days after approval.
