+ Do you accept Samsung trades?
Unfortunately, we do not.
+ How do I make a purchase?
You can contact us on any of our social media @iSupplytt or access our website to purchase whatever you need! Once your order is placed, sit back and let us do the work.
+ After I place an order, how long do I have to wait?
Once the device is in stock, you can have it as early as today! However, most orders are delivered by the next day.
+ Do you sell brand new devices only?
No, in addition to brand new iPhones sourced at Apple Inc., you can also purchase pre-owned devices. They are fully functional, in A grade condition and even come with a complimentary charger! Pre-owned devices are definitely the best bang for your buck any day.
+ What's the battery health on your devices?
You will receive a factory set 100% battery health when you purchase any brand-new device.
You are guaranteed a minimum of 85% battery health on any of the A grade pre-owned iPhones you purchase from us. It is our company policy to set and maintain this standard.
+ Are all of your devices unlocked?
YES! All our devices come unlocked and can be used on any GSM/UMTS network worldwide!
+ Are you guys reputable?

Payment
+ How can I pay?
We accept cash, LINX, debit, credit on delivery, online bank transfer, physical bank deposits and bitcoin.
+ Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at isupplytnt@gmail.com. All returns and exchanges will attract a 20% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Refund Method and Timing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 3 to 5 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Final Sale and Nonreturnable Items
All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, non-subscription digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards and prepaid phone cards), memberships and opened consumable items. If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products. This policy applies to purchases from iSupply.Returns Lacking Proof of Purchase
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may require an email address, form of ID. If these cannot be provided, the return may be denied or limited and sales taxes and fees will not be reimbursed.Bundle Discount and Free Items

Please make sure that all data has been removed and the device is no longer linked to any cloud account or to any other device so that we may accept the return of this product.Warranty
+ Do your devices come with warranty?
All brand-new devices you purchase come with a 1 Year Limited Apple Warranty on manufacturer defects from Apple Inc and facilitated by iSupply.
All pre-owned devices you purchase come with a 100-day limited iSupply warranty on all manufacturer defects. Click here for more details.
+ What happens if there is a manufacturer defect on my device?
For brand new devices, we are obligated to execute the warranty process in partnership with Apple Inc. For pre-owned devices, once a device of the same type is in stock, and there is a hardware issue, you get a free replacement! No questions asked.
If the device is out of stock, we will send a technician right to your door to solve the issue at the earliest convenience.
Delivery
+ Does iSupply deliver to Tobago?
Yes we do! If you are in Tobago, simply select the delivery to Tobago option during checkout!
+ Where does iSupply deliver to?
We can deliver directly to your home via UPS or you can pick up your order at an agreed location.
We deliver nationwide! Both to Trinidad and Tobago.
